At Yota Xpedition, we want you to be fully satisfied with your adventure-ready apparel; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in its original state.
Print and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
